The Touch n Go eWallet app is currently missing from the iOS App Store

With over 16 million users, the Touch n Go eWallet app is definitely one of the biggest e-wallet services in the country. That’s no surprise given its relationship to the widely used physical Touch n Go card, which has since come even closer thanks to the introduction of the Enhanced Touch n Go card.

Additionally, frequent highway users can also rely on its PayDirect feature that pays for tolls and parking using funds from the app’s wallet via a TNG card or RFID sticker. Hence, it might be a huge concern for some, especially iPhone users, to see that the app has just disappeared from the iOS App Store.

First highlighted by renowned Apple blogger, Xavier Naxa, you will not be able to find the app via manual search on iOS App Store at this time. If you try the direct link to the app listingyou will encounter the above error message instead.

Additionally, we also noticed that the TNG eWallet app is no longer listed under TNG Digital Sdn Bhd Profile on App Store. Even though the TNG eWallet is currently missing from the App Store, the app still works fine if you already have it installed on your iPhone.
